Programme Architecture

The Navyra Group electrification programme is structured across two discrete five-year phases. Phase 1 establishes the technical, regulatory, and commercial foundations — validating conversion methodologies, deploying pilot vessels, and building the shore-side charging infrastructure required for scale. Phase 2 leverages those foundations to execute full commercial fleet conversion, expand infrastructure regionally, and replicate the programme model internationally.

PHASE 12025 – 2030

Foundation, validation, and pilot deployment. Regulatory frameworks established, first conversions completed, charging infrastructure commissioned.

PHASE 22030 – 2035

Commercial scale, regional expansion, and international replication. Full fleet targets achieved, IMO 2050 interim compliance confirmed.

Foundation & Pilot Deployment
